Job Description

The Account Resolution Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing accounts receivable, minimizing the volume of disputed claims, and ensuring precise payments align with payer contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review account balances and resolve accounts/invoices by partnering with insurance companies and patients.
  • Expertly handle appeals and denials.
  • Maintain excellent English communication skills.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for claim reprocessing or resubmission.
  • Coordinate with the Intake team and contracts team to verify accuracy of information loaded on patient accounts, avoiding disputed or underpaid claims.
  • Participate in end-of-month closing procedures.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, EMR software, payroll software, and other relevant programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient care principles while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
