Your Responsibilities

  • Simplify Marketing Workflows: Assist in automating marketing processes to enhance alignment with business goals and reporting needs.
  • Enhance Lead Quality: Optimize lead lifecycle processes like enrichment, scoring, routing, and conversion rate optimization, working closely with stakeholders to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to manage the Americas marketing budget within Allocadia.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with keeping the marketing team on track by managing projects within Asana.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Support stakeholder partners through reporting and analyses to measure the success of their programs.
  • Partnerships: Partner with Sales Analytics to scale the lead generation funnel and define SLAs between Marketing and Sales.
  • Procurement Support: Help the marketing team with administrative processes related to our internal procurement process.
  • Data Management: Harness marketing and sales automation platforms and CRM systems for the management and analysis of marketing data (e.g., Outreach and 6sense).
  • Process Scalability: Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing efforts to revenue impact.
