
Document Management Specialist

A Document Coordinator will support the management and submission of Contract Data Requirements List deliverables.
- Track and manage all CDRL documents
- Ensure proper formatting, version control, and timely submission of documentation
- Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to verify accuracy and completeness of documents
- Maintain updated document logs, transmittals, and submission records
- Archive and organize documents in accordance with contract and ISO standards
- Support audits and reviews by preparing required documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in document control for U.S. Government or DoD contracts
- Familiarity with CDRL processes, formatting, and submission standards
- Knowledge of ISO document control practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document tracking tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent English communication skills
