Key Responsibilities:

  • Rental Payment Schedule Maintenance: Regularly review and update tenant rental payment schedules to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support by managing bill payments, notarizations, document deliveries, and receptions, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Tenant Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with tenants to address their concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Move-In/Move-Out Procedures: Coordinate with tenants to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes, including the processing and follow-up of work permits and gate passes.
  • Unit Turnovers: Oversee unit turnover procedures, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to prepare units for new tenants, and generate official receipts as required.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field; however, qualifications in office administration, property management, or related fields are desirable.
  • Candidates with prior experience in customer service will be given preference due to the importance of excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google apps is mandatory for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to administrative and field tasks, and maintain exceptional attention to detail is essential for delivering high-quality results.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for successful collaboration and reporting.
  • A willingness to perform fieldwork is also required.
