Job Title: Senior Java Backend Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development support and maintenance, with expertise in Spring Boot, Docker, and AWS technologies.

  • Production support and maintenance of high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Docker, and AWS technologies.
  • These are NOT feature development positions.
  • Performance engineering related tasks (Jmeter + performance analysis)
  • Release support.
  • Bug fixing implementation tasks, daily work includes: Incident management, Troubleshooting, Production support, Release preparation and management, Performance, Monitoring, Alerting, etc
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Implement scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems and APIs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our systems and processes.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, and actively contribute to their professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in Java development support and maintenance.
  • Expertise in Spring Boot, Docker, and AWS technologies.
  • Production support and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.
  • Performance engineering related tasks (Jmeter + performance analysis).
  • Bug fixing implementation tasks.
  • Incident management, Troubleshooting, Production support, Release preparation and management, Performance, Monitoring, Alerting, etc.
  • Cross-functional teams collaboration.
  • Technical specifications and implementation plans.
