In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. You will also leverage client-specific tools and software to track and manage customer interactions efficiently.


Your Day-to-Day
  1. Manage incoming customer calls and emails
  2. Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and accurate manner
  3. Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise

Requirements
  • At least Completed 2nd year college / Preferred: IT or any computer-related courses
  • Minimum of 6 month BPO experience (Voice is preferred)
  • Can accept No Call Center Experience - should be tech-savvy with strong communication skills and course should be IT-related
