About the Role

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing a wide variety of compelling visuals for both digital and offline media, with a focus on inspiring and captivating audiences.

  • Retouch and edit photographs to achieve a consistent look and feel
  • Remove imperfections and distractions from images
  • Enhance colors, contrast, and brightness to improve image quality
  • Work collaboratively with photographers and designers to ensure images meet project requirements
  • Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit and retouch images
  • Deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Photography, Art, or Design
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in photo retouching within a marketing environment
  • Required Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in photo editing skills with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
    • Excellent knowledge of the digital environment, including files, formats, tools, software, and best practices
    • Experience and knowledge of trends in the beauty industry
  • Desired Skills: Experience with AI technology
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
