Job Responsibilities
  • Independently perform tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.
  • Participate in team discussions and decision-making processes.
  • Provide innovative solutions to application and process-related issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and validation to ensure application quality and compliance with requirements.
  • Offer ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, resolving issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expert Proficiency: Functional Test Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience creating detailed test plans and test cases from functional requirements.
  • Ability to effectively analyze, troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with performance testing and load testing methodologies.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Functional Test Planning.
  • Based in Cebu office.
