Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Determine and perform inspections on all procedures to maintain high standards in quality.
  • Review the quality of materials on site to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Manager to set parameters and material requirements for the project.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of the QA/QC team on site.
  • Provide or create method statements and reviews them.
  • Create initial checklists using standard QA/QC departmental forms.
  • Reviews all documents prior to client submission and monitors project progress.
  • Issue warnings of non-conformance or possible failure of acceptance of works done due to quality and wrong issuance of works.
  • Liaise with the Client's QA/QC Team regarding punchlists, submission requirements, and handovers.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager for any items with cost implications.
  • Monitor the performance of subcontractors and their quality of work.
Requirements:

We require a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Preferably licensed and proficient in English and Filipino. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required. Experience in fit-out or Architectural work is preferred. Willingness to relocate and start as soon as possible is necessary.
