As a Finance Transformation Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting CFOs and finance organizations to design and implement strategies centered on digital transformation, next-gen operating models, and best-in-class practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes within time and budget constraints, including solution design, blueprinting, data modeling, and proof-of-concept development.
  • Drive client interactions, facilitating workshops and presenting insights to stakeholders during management reviews and steering committee meetings.
  • Contribute across various aspects of finance transformation by assessing project deliverables and identifying optimal client solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Support finance transformation initiatives, such as target operating models, process redesign, shared services setup, and budgeting/spend transformation.
  • Design to-be processes and structures, leveraging finance technology solutions and best-in-class practices.
  • Lead process transitions, knowledge transfers, and process reengineering initiatives.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • A solid educational background – Postgraduate (M.B.A. from a top-tier B-school), C.A., or C.P.A..
  • 4-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, with expertise in enterprise finance processes and operating models.
  • Hands-on experience in finance transformation projects, focusing on areas such as organization structure, accounts payable/accounts receivable, financial close, asset accounting, general ledger, chart of accounts, taxation, treasury, intercompany transactions, cash management.
