The Product Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the content subdomain of Product Marketing. This role reports directly to the Product Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support product content creation, including product collaterals, release content, and other content-related executions.
  • Create, develop, and manage content for various channels and platforms, such as websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in product roadmap planning, competitor research, and other functions of Product Marketing, particularly those that involve product content.
  • Help operationalize and execute all product marketing work plans.
  • Pitch ideas and go-to-market strategies for product launches and execute launch activities.
  • Contribute creative ideas on crafting value propositions, messaging, product content, and marketing materials.
  • Manage and track collaterals, information, and content maintained by the Product Marketing Team, alerting the manager to issues that need attention.
  • Ensure that all content marketing plan KPIs, objectives, and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, especially in product content/content writing/copywriting.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • Methodical, meticulous, and well-organized approach.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Persistent and resourceful individual.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
