Remote Business Operations Manager Wanted

This position involves overseeing and managing business systems, optimizing workflows and automating tasks to increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workflows and Automation: Automate lead nurturing, onboarding, task assignments, and follow-ups to enhance the client experience.
  • SOPs and Compliance: Document and refine standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across departments and maintain operational compliance.
  • Client Invoicing: Manage client invoicing cycles, ensuring accurate and timely issuance and follow-up of all invoices.
  • Contract Management: Maintain oversight of client and contractor agreements, ensuring contracts are up-to-date and correctly stored.
Team & Project Coordination:
  • Communication Tools: Utilize tools like ClickUp and Slack to align team members and ensure accountability for deliverables.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor timelines, assign tasks, and flag any issues that could affect service delivery or project deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Client Journey: Work closely with the Client Manager to improve and streamline the client journey and support processes.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Assistant in linking campaigns with backend automations, email funnels, and lead management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Online Business Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in a digital or service-based business.
  • Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Go High Level (GHL), project and task management tools such as ClickUp and Slack.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of business operations, systems thinking, automation workflows, corporate marketing campaigns, contract and invoice management, organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
