IT Service Support Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This challenging and rewarding career opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to excel in the IT industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and documenting solutions for future reference.
- Key Responsibilities: Provide effective day-to-day IT support to clients, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems.
- Customer Service Expertise: Respond to and resolve IT service incidents and customer complaints efficiently, maintaining clear and effective communication with end-users and other stakeholders.
- Documentation Skills: Document solutions and communicate them to end-users in a clear and understandable manner, creating and maintaining user-friendly documentation and guides for end-users.
- Service Delivery: Handle incoming IT service requests from employees, ensuring proper resolution and communication, collaborating with the IT Support Manager and other team members to improve service delivery processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with service management systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
