We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Engineer to join our team at Trends Group, Inc.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity to work on various solar infrastructure projects, including EV Chargers, Solar PV Systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions during the pre-sales process and leading the design and engineering of projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Assess and analyze customer requirements for solar infrastructure components and facility construction.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to events, summits, and clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and performance of proposed solutions.
- Deliver complete, timely, and accurate solar facility BOMs to the sales team, along with necessary technical documentation.
- Coordinate the transition between pre-sales specification and implementation engineering once the proposal has been awarded.
- Establish excellent relationships with customers and principals/partners.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with experience in electrical design and quantity survey/estimate.
- Strong background in solar facilities construction.
- Deep understanding of Laws, Executive Orders, and DOE Department Circulars involving Renewable Energy.
