Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.

You will work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Your goal will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong multitasking skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines
  • Meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
