Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Retail Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Cebu. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and evaluating activities designed to grow and protect SEAOIL's market share in the assigned geographical area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the assigned trading area, including competitors' activities, and recommend initiatives to sustain retail stations' competitiveness within the assigned geographical area.
- Perform area mapping to check market classification and gather leads.
- Implement awareness campaigns about SEAOIL and its products and services in locations with sales potential to establish brand awareness and consumer familiarity.
- Maximize the use of retail sales tools to offer the appropriate product that addresses consumers' needs.
- Collaborate with the Corporate and Consumer Marketing Team's product line personnel to activate new products and services developed for sale at SEAOIL stations.
- Ensure the achievement of Fuel and Lubes sales objectives in the assigned geographical area by maintaining existing accounts and negotiating with new accounts.
- Acquire new leads, cross-sell products to existing accounts, and offer new products to new accounts.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the same role with people management experience.
- Strong background in real estate, retail, and oil and gas industries.
- Proven level of experience in project management, data analysis, and sales.
- Willingness to perform fieldwork as needed.
- Ability to drive a vehicle in manual transmission.
