This role involves assessing risks, developing and implementing continuity strategies, training teams, and leading crisis response efforts. You will collaborate with leadership and key departments to minimize risks, reduce downtime, and enhance operational stability.
In this position, you will conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses, identify critical business functions, dependencies, and potential vulnerabilities. You will also develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, as well as establish response protocols for IT, finance, operations, and HR.
Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions and simulations for crisis management teams, promoting a culture of preparedness through awareness programs, and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). You will also lead and evaluate disaster recovery drills and incident response exercises, track resilience metrics, and report improvements to stakeholders.
You will assist in administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by management, while maintaining a strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills, as well as expertise in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation.
