**Job Description for Marketing Officer Lead**

Mandalagan Commodities Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Officer Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including sampling, house-to-house selling, and providing marketing support to bars.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee Marketing Activities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  2. Manage Digital Presence: Manage the company's digital and social media accounts, ensuring a strong online presence.
  3. Coordinate Local Events: Organize and manage local events, promotions, and sponsorships to increase brand awareness.
  4. Point Person for Major Events: Act as the point person for major events and coordinate with local partners to ensure successful execution.
  5. Implement Promotions: Implement and monitor head office-initiated promotions within the branch.
  6. Monitor Budget: Monitor and manage the branch's marketing budget and expenditures.
  7. Report Competitor Activity: Produce monthly reports on competitor activities.
  8. Out-of-Home Advertising: Monitor and report on out-of-home advertising and rental statuses.
  9. Listing Fees: Evaluate and monitor listing fees, display allowances, and merchandiser activities.
  10. Introductory Deals: Oversee introductory deals and product tie-ups.
  11. Price Monitoring: Monitor price differences in the market.
  12. National Advertising: Monitor national and local advertising spots.
  13. Local Events: Initiate local events and promotional activities.
  14. Advertising Materials: Produce monthly reports on advertising materials.
  15. Marketing Materials: Ensure the upkeep of marketing materials and equipment.
  16. Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers for marketing materials.
  17. Team Management: Form and manage the marketing team.
  18. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team on inventory and scheduled activities.
