Fund Reconciliation Specialist

This is a remote opportunity for a highly skilled professional with experience in fund reconciliations and fund operations.

The role involves performing daily reconciliations, managing fund operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile fund accounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage trade settlements, cash management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting fund operations.
  • Generate and review reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA certification.
  • At least 10 years of experience in fund reconciliations and fund operations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools used in banking and financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills.
