As a senior digital marketing professional, you will be responsible for driving the execution and scaling of programs designed to increase offsite traffic and drive measurable return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will design and execute initiatives to grow offsite traffic through adoption of different ads channels.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert for campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and measurement.
  • You will analyze campaign performance and provide optimization strategies to achieve strong return on ad spend.
  • You will lead communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with new programs and best practices.
Requirements
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings.
  • You have hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
  • You are proficient in Excel and have experience working with datasets to drive decisions.

This is a mid-senior level role that requires a highly organized individual who can work independently and navigate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact.
