Seasonal Proctor

A high-performing Proctor who participates in the Global Proctor Program to support new hire classes.

• Assist Trainer through Classroom Management:
  • Monitor classroom throughout the day
  • Check on agents' behavior, engagement, and technical concerns
  • Assist Trainers in class facilitation and activities
  • Minimize interruptions during class
• Fill out DEJ updates throughout the day:
  • Add system issues
  • Agent attendance issues
  • Lesson completion updates
  • Help trainer with breakout rooms
• Login testing and activity setup:
  • Take attendance at start of class, after breaks, and lunch
  • Act as timekeeper of the class
  • Ensure trainer has correct agent hours
• Assist with IT issues/Troubleshooting:
  • Help with system not loading, lockouts, or ResultsCX access issues
  • Submit and follow up on IT tickets
• Boost Engagement:
  • Encourage participation
  • Acknowledge correct and incorrect responses
  • Provides feedback to the trainer on class engagement and group dynamics

• Take phone calls until a class is assigned
• Attend trainings as Leadership Development for growth opportunities

• Proficiency in personal computer use
• Good non-verbal and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills with trainers
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work different shifts (45-50 hours)
