Executive Assistant - A High-Level Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
• Assist with financial matters, including cash flow management and tax concerns
• Conduct market research and prepare market analysis reports and presentations
• Manage projects related to media services, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and track project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, manage the CEO's complex calendar, and screen and manage incoming communications

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 25+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
