Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with advisors to develop and implement client-centric financial plans
  • Conduct thorough research on insurance products, financial concepts, and relevant tax strategies
  • Analyze and prepare financial needs analysis reports to support plan development
  • Partner with advisors to identify suitable investment strategies based on client objectives
  • Participate in client meetings to present and review financial plans
  • Collect and organize necessary financial information from clients
  • Interpret legal documents related to insurance products
  • Maintain accurate records of client data within the company database
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within the insurance industry
  • Accounting expertise or equivalent experience is advantageous
  • Strong numerical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in mathematics and comfort working with numerical data
  • Familiarity with insurance product documentation
  • A commitment to developing expertise in insurance products and advice preparation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when handling calculations and materials
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
