About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Accountant to support our growing company's accounting team. As a crucial member, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely payment receipts and resolve customer inquiries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Manage month-end tasks, such as reconciliations and late fee calculations
  • Collaborate with account managers and customers to collect outstanding receivables
  • Conduct bank deposit and credit card reconciliations
  • Perform journal entries and other assigned tasks

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • NetSuite experience a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong understanding of AR, AP, and general accounting principles
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
