This role requires a highly-motivated professional with extensive experience in analyzing Insurance Commercial Lines Regulatory Requirements, customer engagement/consultative skills, and technical acuity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the Policy Administration Application – back end (database), front end (User Interface and Built-In Configuration Tools) and anything in between (interfaces and integrations).
  • Reading, analyzing and interpreting hundreds to thousands of pages of regulatory documentations and create Business Requirement documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 years experience as a Business Analyst, 5 years of which must be focused in the Insurance Industry.
  • Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) knowledge and experience.
