We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Filinvest. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive learning initiatives that cater to the diverse needs of various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Takes ownership of the end-to-end learning function or learning activities assigned to fulfill the learning journey.
  • Leads the implementation and embedding of learning and development programs, processes, and tools.
  • Drives awareness, implementation, and integration of learning and development initiatives.
  • Acts as a senior learning advisor to key stakeholders.
Learning Content Development:
  • Develops a deep understanding of competency gaps through advanced training needs analysis.
  • Oversees the creation of comprehensive learning modules that align with business objectives.
Strategic Learning Planning:
  • Determines necessary resources at an organizational level to support learning initiatives.
  • Manages resource optimization by overseeing logistics planning to ensure seamless program execution.
Advanced Learning Facilitation:
  • Guides facilitation teams in delivering high-quality programs that meet learner needs.
  • Adapts program design based on learner profiling to ensure maximum impact.
Evaluation and Analysis:
  • Conducts high-level monitoring of all L&D programs to assess their effectiveness.
  • Implements sophisticated measurement tools to evaluate program success and inform future improvements.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
  • Collaborates with business units on L&D strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Manages complex stakeholder requirements through in-depth analysis to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in leading Learning & Development functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and establish stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with various learning enablement disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, business administration, or related programs.
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • L&D related certifications are an added advantage.
