Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team as a Technical Lead in Prime Manpower. As a key member of our Engineering and Information Technology team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Your typical day will involve working with Java Enterprise Edition, collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions that align with business goals. You will utilize development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide.

  • You will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.
  • Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud-first and agile mindset.
  • Pick up and kick-off cards with leads to understand the task, get all the required clarification done, and propose alternative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and implement new changes in good quality and with test coverage.
  • Showcase and review the new changes together with team members.
  • Actively work with other development and QA members to solve challenges.
  • Able to provide leadership, guidance, training, and mentoring to other team members.
