Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Account Manager to join our team. As a Trade Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring proper product placement, visibility, and stocking in modern trade stores.

  • You will monitor shelf space allocation and brand compliance, conduct store visits to check promotional execution and in-store displays, track stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and coordinate with team captains, OMG, and store personnel for timely product deliveries.
  • Additionally, you will validate near-expiry reports and address stock issues, maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff, conduct competitor analysis to track market trends and consumer preferences, execute in-store promotions, and report key performance metrics.
  • You must have at least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry or retail sector, preferably with sales experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in handling Modern Trade accounts.
  • A strong understanding of in-store execution practices, including merchandising, product placement, and promotional strategies is essential.
  • You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with store managers, sales teams, and key stakeholders.
  • A high level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are required to ensure all store execution activities align with brand standards and sales objectives.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other reporting tools for tracking sales performance, stock levels, and promotional effectiveness is necessary.
  • You must be adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A willingness to travel for store visits and fieldwork as needed, and to work in Pasay City is required.
