A dynamic entrepreneur is seeking a proactive E-Commerce Assistant to support day-to-day digital operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a business owner at the forefront of digital retail.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage e-commerce operations, including product inventory using CommentSold or similar platforms.
- Ensure listings are up to date and accurately maintained by pulling and organizing inventory from external sources.
- Execute email campaigns using pre-written scripts targeting abandoned cart users and repurchasers.
- Manage customer credits, discounts, and promotional codes.
- Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and email visuals using Canva.
- Align all visuals with brand identity and campaign themes.
- Post short-form videos and product promotions across TikTok, Facebook, and eBay.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the business owner as needed.
- Skilled in Canva and comfortable creating marketing visuals.
- Experienced with e-commerce tools (CommentSold, Shopify, or similar platforms).
- Familiar with email marketing workflows and customer segmentation.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote role.
