Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service Delivery Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services to clients.
  • Ensure that service levels and quality standards are met.
Liaison Role:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and service teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an International BPO/Call Centre, preferably in a Supervisory or Lead Role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., CRM Tools) and knowledge/skill in Microsoft Office applications.
