  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial statements of the Provident Fund.
  • Analyze and post journal entries in the General Ledger System and reconcile the monthly bank statement of Provident Fund books.
  • Review and analyze reconciled General Ledger Accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Journalize adjusting entries in the PF books to maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and manage an annual department budget and monitor monthly variance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to auditors during the audit engagement.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.

Work Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

Training: At least 8 hours of relevant training.
