Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Impex Staff to join our team at Integrated Packaging Logistics Manufacturing Incorporated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process 8106/8105/8112 documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor and manage LOA applications, amendments, and surety bonds to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Properly file and maintain Impex documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Monitor and update liquidation ledgers for customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process and update 8105 forms for customers, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Renew BOC CPRS and obtain annual PEZA certificates to maintain compliance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
