Enterprise IT Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our IT infrastructure.
Your tasks will include installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft 365 tenants, Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware.
You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
In addition, you will manage network servers, technology tools, and implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Responsibilities also include performing regular backup operations, implementing disaster recovery and failover procedures, managing user accounts and access permissions, and providing technical support and guidance to users.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals
- Experience with cloud services and MDM software
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
