About the Role

This position requires strong leadership, advanced technical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team to deliver complex software projects on time and to agreed quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based and desktop applications.
  • Provide technical guidance in software development processes.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new software systems and enhancements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive experience in various programming languages such as Java, C++, C# dot Net, Python, JavaScript, etc.
  • Proficient in Object Oriented Design, functional programming, and straightforward scripting to solve problems.
  • Solid experience as a full stack developer, capable of working proficiently at both backend and frontend levels.
  • Aware of good User Experience practices and trends, capable of effectively proposing improvements.
  • Familiar with modern software architectures and deployment methodologies.
