Job Overview

The Referrers is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Tondo, Manila branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and improve market share.
  • Financial Management: Manage branch financials, including expense control, budgeting, and profit and loss (P&L) statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 4 years' experience as a Branch Manager in any financial institution.
  • Sales and Marketing Orientation: Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledgeable in branch operations, with a strong understanding of commercial banking practices.
Work Environment:

This position requires working onsite at our Tondo, Manila branch. The work schedule is from Mondays to Fridays.
