As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing ad schedules related to order processing and order submittal with accuracy and timeliness. This includes coordinating with the Account Manager to ensure materials for ad transmittal are adequate for production.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Account Manager by managing ad schedules related to order processing and order submittal with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure materials for ad transmittal are adequate for production.
  • Record and maintain customer account related activity in appropriate internal systems (AdWorks).
  • Proactively communicate relevant information to all customers, including but not limited to invoicing, after-sales support, tracking, changes and revisions, order submittal, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to continually improve processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all contacts to promote stakeholder satisfaction and maximize performance, collaboration and execution of organizational objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of occasional promotional materials or email campaigns.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units).
  • With 3 years' work experience in a similar setting (Sales, Technical Support, Administrative and/or Customer Services).
  • CRM or Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills (essential).
  • Ability to communicate with staff at all levels within a business (essential).
  • Advanced MS Tools and electronic document managing systems.
  • Can work seamlessly with other departments, management, and external customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources and produce reporting.
  • Strong time management skills, very decisive and results-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
