As a leading manufacturer of high-quality heavy equipment, we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for Trucks to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales experience in the heavy equipment or automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generating New Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Showcase the features and benefits of our truck models to potential customers, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantage.
  3. Negotiating Contracts and Closing Deals: Utilize strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to secure contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Post-Sales Support and Account Management: Provide exceptional post-sales support to existing customers, managing their accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  5. Collaboration with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's overall success.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or automotive industry.
  2. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  3. Excellent Negotiation and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales situations and find creative solutions.
  4. Thorough Understanding of the Local Market: A deep understanding of the local heavy equipment market, including customer needs and preferences.
  5. Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficient in Sales Tools and CRM Software: Proficient in the use of sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a solid understanding of data analysis and reporting.
