The Role

The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in facilitating and managing various processes within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. This includes assisting hiring managers, staffing specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process.

The Program Coordinator will provide first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers, documenting client-reported issues and tracking resolution through to completion. They will maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes, providing constant communication to clients, suppliers, and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities

Assist hiring managers, staffing specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process.Document client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion.Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, and other partners.

Requirements

  • 0-2 or more years of staffing and/or MSP experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
  • Strong determination to impact performance.
