We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of our prestigious real estate development projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and the design team to develop conceptual designs and architectural plans that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations
  • Oversight of architectural designs to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Coordination with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution
  • Management of project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to the project team, offering innovative solutions to design challenges
  • Participation in project reviews, presentations, and client meetings to communicate design concepts and progress
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Architect, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • With 2-3 years of which are of planning and horizontal projects experience
  • Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable to the construction industry
