Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee the planning and coordination of live supply operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast, evaluate, and monitor production volumes and efficiencies, setting plans to ensure alignment with committed supply.
  • Coordinate planned purchases and schedules with Logistics, Operations, and other departments to ensure proper delivery of breeding stocks and readiness of farms.
Long-range Planning:
  • Consolidate actual cycle production volume and efficiencies to benchmark potential production capability.
  • Align long-range sales requirement plan with production capability to determine purchase schedules.
  • Prepare long-range poultry and livestock volume forecasts through collaboration with stakeholders.
Inventory Management:
  • Monitor poultry live supply based on breeding stock placement and production volumes to guarantee reliability and predictability of supply forecast.
Budget Preparation:
  • Spearhead the preparation and validation of production estimates and feed requirement forecasts for Finance.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  2. Experience in planning is an advantage.
  3. Above average communication skills both oral and written.
