Job Description:

We are an Australian-operated BPO in Kawit, Cavite, seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. As part of our client’s existing marketing team based in the Philippines, you will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results.

About the Role:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing schedules for various social media platforms.
• Coordinate website maintenance and content management to ensure seamless user experience.
• Analyze Google analytics and search performance to inform data-driven decisions.
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress.
• Manage databases and generate reports to support compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute marketing schedules for Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and potentially Instagram/TikTok.

Social Media Management:
Identify new marketing segments by researching industries, companies, and people.
Develop social media schedules and post content according to schedule.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor Google analytics and search performance to inform data-driven decisions.
Create weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress.

Database Management:
Manage databases and generate reports to support compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role.
• Experience in using Salesforce and Meta Business Manager (required).
• Experience in using Marketing Cloud, Google Ads (ideal but not required).
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month, depending on experience.
