About the Role

The Data-Driven Insights Manager will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to drive business growth. This includes analyzing vast amounts of data, translating it into actionable insights, and creating outputs that drive business growth.

You'll work closely with our Non-Lending Analytics Head to develop and implement strategies that optimize lending products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize lending products
  • Perform rigorous statistical analysis of internal and external data to support recommended strategies
  • Liaise with various business and technical teams to implement strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of data analytics tools such as SAS, R, and Python
  • Understanding of consumer secured lending, unsecured lending, and on-lending business
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on pragmatism
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to deliver results across multiple projects in parallel
