Job Description:
  • Promoting Existing Brands:

Analyzing Budgets and Meeting Quotas:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, and scheduling expenditures to ensure that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. They will also need to research and develop marketing opportunities and plans to achieve the company's marketing goals.

Gathering and Summarizing Market Data:

As a Market Development Director, you will gather and investigate market data and trends to draft reports and provide valuable insights to the management team. You will also need to implement new sales plans and advertising strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Leading the Sales and Marketing Team:

This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing the sales and marketing teams. You will need to maintain relationships with important clients, understand their needs, and anticipate new marketing opportunities to drive business growth.

Staying Current in the Industry:
