This role requires an experienced software professional to join our team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can drive the development and support of complex software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in designing, developing, testing, and documenting software applications.

They will be well-versed in agile methodologies and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing complex software enhancements or solutions
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, identifying and selecting the best approach to achieve business goals
  • Handling and prioritizing multiple complex development and support tasks
  • Facilitating and driving group and application review meetings to ensure quality solutions and services are delivered

The successful candidate will also have experience working with Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI, and will be proficient in using SDLC and Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.

In addition, they will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to discover problems and issues before they occur.
