About the Role

As a Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving product development from inception to delivery.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets business objectives while driving innovation and success.

Your ability to make data-driven decisions and understand market and customer needs is essential for achieving product success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Continuously improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
