Digital Content Creation Team Lead

We are seeking a proactive and organized leader to oversee our digital content creation team. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the team's productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to ensure consistent coverage needs are met.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
- Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup or remote environments.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
