Job Description

This role involves creating and managing content that supports sales strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop engaging materials that drive engagement and accelerate sales cycles.

A strong visual storytelling ability and graphic design skills are crucial for success in this role. This includes creating visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's identity and messaging frameworks.

The successful candidate will be able to create customized content tailored to different industries, customer personas, and stages of the sales funnel. They will ensure all sales materials are aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

  • Create, edit, and maintain sales content such as sales decks, proposals, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, and pitch materials in close cooperation with the sales team and external sales agents.
  • Develop customized content tailored to different industries, customer personas, and stages of the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into compelling narratives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in content creation, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
