Designing User-Centric Experiences

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team, working part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and create impactful designs.
  • Develop and prototype user interfaces for web applications, aligning with brand identity and product goals.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Conceptualize and create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends and best practices, particularly incorporating AI to enhance products.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and understanding of design processes.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) for effective communication with developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English for remote international work.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience using AI apps/tools for design and prototyping, such as Figma Make, Uizard, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Cursor, or similar.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications is advantageous.
  • Experience with visual design, such as graphs, tools, or dashboards for developers and technical users.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms or Kubernetes.
