We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team and help us drive business growth through strategic account management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key accounts, ensuring we exceed their expectations and deliver exceptional service.

You will also identify new opportunities to grow business with existing key clients through cross-selling and up-selling, and collaborate closely with our internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each key account.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum 1 year of experience in an account management or key account executive role, ideally within the FMCG or water distribution industry.

You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
