About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Multimedia Specialist to join our team at VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines). As a key member of our Creatives team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging visual communication materials for both print and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative graphic and animated materials according to stakeholder specifications and meet project deadlines.
  • Design clear and captivating visual communications for various marketing channels, including digital ads, emailers, posters, flyers, pull-up banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Maintain strict adherence to VXI Branding Guidelines for all graphic and animated outputs.
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to gather information about artwork requests and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Work closely with the Creatives team to translate messaging concepts into effective marketing materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts and Design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with software design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic knowledge of Autodesk MAYA.
  • Proficiency in Motion Graphic Animation.
  • Knowledge of conducting photo and video shoots is highly preferred.
  • Skills in 3D modeling are a plus but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
  • Strong creativity, style, and attention to current design trends.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
